Our product range contains a wide range of Autoclave Vertical and Cement Autoclave
Vertical Autoclave is ideally designed for sterilization of culture media, glassware, utensils instruments etc. in steam under pressure. The Laboratory Vertical Autoclave has steam lined construction i.e. outer body is made of thick mild steel sheet finished with cream enamel painted and inner chamber is made of thick stainless steel. Lid is made of mild steel lined with stainless steel & provided with radial locking systems, worked by a handle at the top. Gasket is of neoprene rubber, hydraulically tested up to 40 psi. The chamber is absolutely leak proof & can be operated at any selected point in between 5 to 20 pound per sq. inch. It is provide with safety valve pressure gauge, pressure release valve, water level indicator with cord & plug. Fitted with automatic cut off device for element for general safety & also fitted with indfoss piezostat. The lid is made of thick mild steel with stainless steel lined inside duly polished.

Cement autoclaves by Scientech Instrument are made of double walled units. Outer chamber is constructed with thick high grade sheet duly pre-treated with primers and painted with stove enamel or power coated ensuring long lasting and rust proof performance. The inner cylinder is made of heavy gauge welded steel sheet. These cement autoclaves are air insulated form inside and in some cases as per customer requirement mineral glass wool insulation is also provided. These units are equipped with strong locking lid which is made of thick stainless steel plate to provide better safety while operating the machine and mounted on a sturdy supporting frame. The pressure inside is controlled by pressure gauge and spring-loaded safety valve. These units come after passing hard research and testing procedure. To deliver long lasting and durable equipment our cement autoclave units are tested up to 2.5times the normal working pressure.
