Maximum temperature range is up to 1400 degree Celsius and maximumworkingtemperature is 1350 degree Celsius.

The Electrical Muffle Furnace which we fabricate is light weight and comes in ceramic fiber wool insulation (instead of brick insulation). The outer casing of our Muffle Furnace is made of double walled thick P.C.R.C. sheet, reattached with thick perforated sheet on the bottom portion, painted wit attractive stove enamel. Heating elements are made ofKANTHAL "A-1"wire and backed by high temperature cer-wool insulation, which avoids loss of energy.MICROPROSSER BASEDTemperature controlunit consists of Energy Regulator, fitted in front of furnace with two pilot lamps. fuse, main lead with power plug. Works best on 220/230 volts or 400/440 volts A.C. The energy regulator dial is arbitrarily marked 0-100 position. This marking does not indicate temperature. It indicates control level i.e. at Position "100" maximum electricity is allowed to flow to the furnace. At position "0" minimum electricity is flow to furnace. Maximum temperature is 950 degree Celsius and working temperature is 900 degree Celsius.
