We offer a complete product range of Micro Tissue Homogenizer and Tissue Homogeniser
For reduction of tissues, preparation of emulsions, different solutions etc. A powerful 1/10 H.P, 8000 RPM. Motor controlled by a speed regulator fitted with a stainless steel shaft with microcutting blades is mounted on a stand. Rapidly rotating razor sharp blades provides fast and thorough reduction of tissue, for preparation of emulsion of different solutions etc. Micro homogenizing bottles for samples of 2 to 30 ml, 5 to 50 ml and 10 to 100 ml is supplied with the unit. To work on 220 volts A.C.
This homogenizing system has a stirrer motor with a 1/40-hp motor and two output shafts that measure 5/16" dia. The geared shaft is ideal when you need higher torque (5.4 in-lb) and lower speeds (333 rpm); direct-drive shaft has lower torque (0.26 in-lb) and higher speeds (6000 rpm).
Electronic motor controller features feedback circuitry that maintains set speed regardless of sample viscosity. Filtered circuitry provides smooth rotation and repeatability while reducing motor temperature and noise. Reversing switch lets motor shaft rotate the pestle clockwise or counterclockwise during homogenization. Controller is connected to the motor with a cord to keep it away from hazardous environments. Controller measures 8"W x 3 7/8"H x 6"D; the motor measures 10 7/8"W x 10 7/8"H x 10"D.
System includes speed controller, one three-jaw keyless chuck, one 90 double clamp holder, and 6-ft cord with three-prong plug (208/240 VAC unit has NEMA Type 5-15 plug.)
Accessories
Flex-Grip Chuckis used with 6-mm pestles that have glass shafts or glass stirrer rods. Flexible, self-gripping slip clutches accept glass pestles directly without a tubing connector.
Flexible Driveallows you to keep the homogenizing tube stationary while moving the pestle up and down. Ideal for samples needing to be immersed in an ice or controlled-temperature bath. Includes extension clamp and double clamp holder for tube.
