This Viscometer bath is used to maintain the correct constant temperature for estimating Kinematic Viscosity of Oil and Petroleium Products in this type of Bath various viscometer may be fixed as an internal part of the bath. The bath is rectangular shape. Inside tank is made of Stainless Steel. The bath is controlled by an Digital Temperature Controller cum indicator. These are sturdy double walled units with outer chamber made of M.S. sheet duly powder coated / painted with inner made up of anodised aluminium or S.S. sheet. The gap between inner and outer chamber is filled with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses. Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides. Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient Temp. Temperature is controlled by hydraulic type capillary thermostate from ambient to 250°C ± 1°C.
