Ointment and Cream Jar Filling Machine is manufactured and supplied by us from Thane, Maharashtra. These are manufactured using steel of grade 316 with a systemic design. The superior quality machines have a semi-automatic piston with pneumatic components of Germany Festo and Taiwan Airtec. The filling head has provisions for anti-leakage and lift filling device. It has adjustable volume and filling speed of 5-20 bottles /min/head with a very high accuracy rate i.e <=1%.It maintains an air pressure of 0.4-0.6 Mpa. The range of filling is 25-60 ml, 50-125 ml, 100-250 ml, 200-500ml.
