Our Products
We Supply Inflatable (Gaskets) seals, which are made from high strength FDA Approved Transparent Silicon Rubber and comply to class 21 CRF 177.2600.
Application:Inflator seals provide on inflatable sealing solution, where the risk of fabric contamination is not acceptable.
Inflator seals are supplying in a relaxed / deflated position like cycle tubes. When air pressure is applied, the seal either expands or raisedup to meet the sealing face. When the pressure is released, the seal returns to its relaxed position. All seals are supplied with a one way inflation assembly.
AdvantagesSpiral wound gaskets have proven to be the most reliable sealing element for use in difficult, critical and hazardous duties. These help in avoiding leakage from pipes, which work under high temperature.
Customers can avail these in different shapes and sizes with different filler material.
Spiral wound gaskets are used in Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Steam lines and Process Industries, where they have many advantages over older types of gaskets. We Supply Spiral Wound Gaskets with different filler like Graphite/Asbestos/PTFE/CAF etc. Also, we can provide different winding material.

Asbestos Free Cut Gasket expanded graphite with a stainless steel wire mesh insert Make: FRENZELITNovaphit FRENZELIT-Made in GermanyGasket material made from graphite with an extremely high purity levelof at least 99.5%. One or more expanded metal inserts made from stainless steeldemonstrate systematic implementation of the expanded metal philosophy, whichguarantees the lowest possible leakage rates. The Frenzelit graphite material provides excellent oxidation resistance. novaphit is the ideal choice for applications with exacting safety requirements at high temperature and pressure levels. Works smoothly when heat loads vary too. Good handling and easy process-ability round off the range of properties of the novaphit family.Gasket material made of expandedgraphite (purity 99 % min.) with a stainlesssteel wire mesh insert (material no.1.4301/AISI 304).

isoplan insulation materials for exacting requirements isoplan is used as insulation board in temperatures ranging up to 1, 100 C (1) and as gaskets for inert gases up to an internal pressure level of 500 mbar. isoplan products are based on special, biosoluble mineral fibers and/or biosoluble high-temperature Alkaline Earth Silicate (AES) wools. In combination with appropriate filling and bonding agents, they guarantee resistance to consistently high temperatures. Thermal conductivity the key criterion Alongside high temperature resistance, thermal conductivity is the crucial criterion for the assessment of an insulation material. It indicates how much heat flows through a material between the surfaces. The lower the level, the higher the insulation capacity of the material. In insulation material applications, surface pressure levels of 10 N/mm2 should not be exceeded. Contact us if you have any questions about specification of how thick the insulation material needs to be.
isoplan processing advantages
isoplan has special advantages thanks to its easy and fast processability using standard cutting, sawing and punching equipment. The extremely flexible material combination means that thin isoplan can be adapted to existing geometries both dry and in a moistened state, even at thicknesses of up to 10 mm.
isoplan application advantages
The coordinated raw material blend and the defined process technology lead to extremely low thermal conductivity, with very good, consistent heat insulation properties. isoplan materials are also suitable for acoustic soundproofing. High application temperature limits and low thermal conductivity levels enable isoplan to be deployed as an insulation material in many different application areas. isoplan is used for low-pressure gaskets as well. The applications range in this context from maintenance, repair and upkeep to OEMs: steel industry, melting and pouring equipment, industrial furnaces and boiler manufacturing, chimney flaps, fire protection doors, heating and drying equipment, machine and equipment manufacturing, electrical equipment and the glass industry

Novatec PREMIUM XP is the new and more efficient Extended Performance (XP) generation of graphite gaskets reinforcedwith aramid fibres that have been developed by Frenzelit. A considerable reduction in leakage and at the same time, excellentresidual stress and chemical resistance levels are achieved thanks to careful graphite structural design and ingenious processengineering. With novatec PREMIUM XP it is possible to configure gasket systems in accordance with DIN EN 1591-1 with thesealing category L0.01 as outlined in VDI 2290. In this context, the unique combination of aramid fibres and graphite makesit possible to standardise gaskets far beyond the existing options with elastomer-bonded fibre gaskets for a wide range ofdifferent applications up to a maximum of 300C.
