We have in stores for our clients ASIATIC 2000 JS Joint Sealant that is made using 100 % pure PTFE with specific treatment on PTFE fluorocarbon material. Widely appreciated for their features like high tensile strength, flexibility, compressibility, and chemical & heat resistance, these are the gasket packing that is oval in cross section. For easy installation, these are offered with easy peel off self adhesive backing strip. Moreover, these can be utilized for uneven, damaged and fragile surface joint. Features of these sealants are as follows: 100 % PTFE, Non contaminating, Non toxic Resist cold flow and creep Fills severe flange irregularities Easy to install and remove No wastage, No age deterioration Installation Guide The size of these sealants must be approximately 1/3 to 1/2 the width of sealing surface strip off the release paper push the adhesion surface at the center of flange surface Edge of it is overlapped 1 to 2 cm at the bolt seat To tighten the seats, standard torque sequence should be followed
