Our Products
Our Complete range of products are KTI Spring Isolators and Dynemech Spring Isolator.
Dynemech offers spring isolators of M/s. KTI Schwingungstechnik, Germany for Forging Hammers and Heavy Power Presses. M/s. KTI Schwingungstechnik, Germany specializes in the design and manufacture of coil spring isolators and viscous dampers for large industrial equipment. KTI has over 17 years experience with heavy duty spring isolators solutions. The vibrations caused by forging hammers cause wide ranging disturbances to the surrounding areas. The installation of KTI Spring Isolators stops these vibrations being passed into the environment. KTIs modular system developed in 1998 can now combine elastic-plastic-viscous or viscous Safety Damping. The new elastic-plastic-viscous or viscous Safety damping ensures a high degree of isolation combined with a higher reduction of the movement of the machine. The Elastic-plastic-viscous is not influenced by oil, water or other aggressive fluids as the viscous system can be. Also the new damping system is stable over a wide range of temperatures. This Next Generation of KTI Modular Spring Isolators combined with either the Viscous or Elastic-plastic-viscous safety damping allows them to function in a wide range of environments. The Next Generation spring isolators allow a compact construction and efficient layout, so enabling a very competitive pricing. All spring isolators are delivered complete and ready for use. The numerous benefits associated with the use of Spring Vibration Isolators are:A Massive reduction in the vibration in the works and the surrounding neighbourhood.
Dynemech is providing anti vibration solutions to the Indian Industry for the last 10 years. We are the only company to provide almost all types of vibration control solutions under one roof. Our product range consists of stud mounts for very small machines to wedge mounts for precision machine tools, along with air springs for very low natural frequency vibration damping to spring isolators for heavy presses, hammers, gen sets etc. A spring isolator gives desired natural frequency to obtain phase difference in the frequencies for a rotating machine. Viscous Damping is an important feature of an isolation system. In most cases viscous damping is required to limit excessive movement which could occur as a machine operates at a speed near to, or coinciding with the resonant frequencies of the system. Generally this problem arises during slow run up and run down of rotating machines and during impact at each stroke in presses and hammers.
Advantages of Spring Isolators:
Very high vibration and shock isolationBetter Structural SafetyImproved Health Protection of workers reduced machine operator fatigue and provide more congenial working environmentInstallation of sensitive equipments and heavy machinery possible in the same workshopShop Floor Flexibility MaintainsExtended tool and machinery life.No foundation is required for small and medium weight machines and reduced depth of foundation for very heavy machinesSimple to install and reliable. The numerous benefits associated with the use of spring vibration isolators are:A MASSIVE reduction in the vibration in the works and the surrounding neighbourhood.Protection of machinery against external vibration.Extends the service life of machines.Complies with environmental constraints.Allows easy machinery leveling.Combats foundation subsidence.Reduced cost foundation.Makes buildings and machinery safe from earthquakes.Impact noise isolation.

| The Springs are made in top grade wire & finished with protective coatings thus ensuring trouble free service life. |
| Selection ProcedureDetermine the all-up weight of the machine to be mounted including work loadsEstimate the position of its combined center of gravity in both horizontal and vertical planes allowing for work loads & any mobile loads; i.e. traversing work heads or tables etc.Decide where the mountings are to be positioned.Select mountings to give the required static deflection.Where especially very high levels of isolation are required, for instance where the disturbing frequency is less than 12 Hz, higher deflection springs may be necessary.
