Our comprehensive range of magnetic separator pulleys is perfectly used as head pulleys in belt continuous and automatic removal of tramp metal from material flow. As the tramp metal contaminated material comes within the pulleys magnetic field, the ferrous tramp will be attracted and held to be belt until it reaches the underside. It will then pass separately out of the magnetic field and be discharged into a chute of bin. The cleaned, non-magnetic material is discharged normally over the pulley in a vertical drop. our comprehensive range of powerful permanent magnet separation pulleys caters the size and installation requirements of most conveyor systems applications. It installed as head pulleys in conveyor systems, the star trace permanent magnet pulleys provide effective, full time automatic tramp metal removal. High quality star trace magnetic pulleys are offered in four different hub styles-extended hubs, flush hubs, recessed hubs and with no hubs. Pulley shafts are removable mild steel and are available with optional stainless steel shaft. Standard pulley sizes range from 4 diameter by 10 face width. Our Magnetic Pulleys are suitable for removing ferrous impurities from granulate or powdered material such as waste, coal, sand etc. These Magnetic Pulleys are manufactured from stainless steel, and has a design that ensures continuous magnetism doe continuous operation. Our range of Magnetic Pulleys is used in various industries such as chemical, rubber, foundry, paper and pulp, glass etc. Design AdvantageStar Trace Magnetic head pulleys are built using our exclusive flux control magnetic circuit. This design ensures continuous magnetism around the entire circumference of the pulley-no dead spots. For less critical applications, a conventional magnetic circuit design is also offered. Types of Strength
Light Duty : For general use with burden depths up to 50mm. Belt speeds to 1.8m/s. Good for secondary Clean up of misc. tramp iron and fines.
Medium Duty : For general use with burden depths up to 75mm. Belt speeds to 2m/s. Used in Construction & Demolition and Material Recovery Facility.

The Magnetic head pulleys can be installed easily at conveyor discharge.
They give complete magnetic protection over the entire face of the pulley for removing ferrous contaminants.
The pulleys either use ceramic magnets or powerful rare earth magnets.
Maximum magnetic induction on the pulleys surface is selected within the range of (1000-4500).
Optimal conditions for magnetic separation are created due to the minimized distance between material and seperators effective surface.
Unique magnetic systems are composed of powerful Rare earth magnets. Magnets are thoroughly tested to ensure that the required properties are present and to guarantee long equipment life and high performance.
Magnetic head Pulleys come in different sizes, various diameters and widths are available on request. Shaft dimensions are to customer specifications.

Magnetic Head Pulleys
STAR TRACE's Industrial Magnetic Head Pulleys provide effective way to remove ferrous contaminant from powdery, schistose and granulate material, like ore, coal, waste, sand and etc. Industrial Magnetic head Pulleys are composed of 360 degree magnetic core protected by rotatable stainless steel cover and a axis of rotation. In practice, surface of Pulley will be wrapped by belt, so as material flow over it. Ferrous contaminant will be attracted at belt and be conveyed out of material. In many applications, it's possible to replace an existing head pulley with a permanent magnetic head pulley, on a size-for- size basis. A wide range of diameters, widths, and shaft sizes are available. STAR TRACE Industrial Magnetic head pulleys are built using our exclusive flux control magnetic circuit. This design ensures continuous magnetism around the entire circumference of the pulley-no dead spots. For less critical applications, a conventional magnetic circuit design is also offered.
