Principle: The Vibro Sifter operates using a sophisticated dual-weight system. The top eccentric weight on the motor shaft generates vibration in the horizontal plane, propelling materials across the screen cloth towards the periphery, which accelerates the discharge of oversize particles. Meanwhile, the bottom eccentric weight, positioned below the center of mass, introduces tilt and vibration in the vertical and tangential planes. This dual-motion system enhances the turnover of materials on the screen surface, allowing for maximum passage of undersized materials through the screen. The rugged springs located at the motor base further amplify the vibration, ensuring efficient sifting and separation.

STD Model: Features stainless steel product contact parts with non-contact parts made of painted mild steel, providing a cost-effective solution while maintaining high performance.
