Principle: The RMG operates by utilizing a bottom entry agitator and side-mounted chopper to granulate materials. The machine agitates the bowl’s contents at a controlled speed and then uses a high-speed cutter blade to process the wet mass. The RMG’s tumbling motion ensures even distribution of dry components and uniform wetting of each granule. Granules are formed through the combined rising, whirling, and tumbling motions of the material.
