It’s the most ideal ‘LEAK TEST’ instrument for checking Blister Packs and Strips. It makes the conventional desicator with a huge vacuum pump, obsolete. The Vacuum Pump ensures that a high level of vacuum is created in the shortest possible time. And the die-pressed. Ploycarbonate vacuum desicator sustains the vacuum for a long time.  
A vacuum gauge is provided to indicate the vacuum level. This is connected to the isolation valve which helps disconnect the source,  thereby avoiding the need for running the vacuum pump continuously. The Apparatus is same as the above but for six stages. The unit is equipped with, acrylic water bath controlled by digital temperature controller which is normally set at 37 C and  duly fitted with pump which recirculates the water thus maintaining homogeneous temperature. The acrylic water bath is The digital timer can be set ranging from 1 to 999 minutes add it “BEEPS”A at the end of the set time. 
The unit is equipped with digital setting of RPM as an optional which can be controlled from 25 to 150 RPM  
The equipment is duly fitted with motorized lifting to facilitate easy operation of the Stirrers’ assembly.
