On a chain conveyor Bins are loaded at Loading point and then conveyed to washing station Spray jets from all sides remove contaminants and the liquid is filtered and recirculated.

Through feed conveyor which carries individual Bin to Pressure wash station where jets from all sides impart a thorough cleaning action. In case of stubborn oil & other contaminants detergent is used for first cleaning operation. Rinsing at next station also imparts water jets from all sides to finally clean the Bin. Depending contamination a 10 to 30 seconds/bin is sufficient cycle time. |
