In a vertical chain conveyor suitable fixture was designed to hold the component firmly while moving on a chain conveyor. A tunnel type arrangement was made where the conveyor moved components inside. Jets with flexible mountings were provided to cover all the area of the component . In a stop and go arrangement component travelled through different jetting station and returned to Loading / Unloading point.
