A Vapour degreaser matching the size of components was designed. To move the components up & down a chain conveyor was provided. Vapour escape was kept minimal by providing extra High Free Board Zone and condensation system with chilled water circulation. Water separator, Solvent distillation facility and recirculation of fresh solvent was provided to achieve desired results. |
