Outer chamber and inner chamber will be rectangular. Robust construction Inner Chamber is made of stainless steel 304 grade and Outer chamber is made of Mild Steel Duly Powder Coated. High grade Glass Wool Insulation between outer and inner chamber for minimal thermal losses.
Temperature controlled by Microprocessor based auto tuning PID controller with an accuracy of ± 1°C. Beaded & Air heating elements made of high quality Nichrome wire are placed in chamber at bottom and sides for uniform heat distribution.
Door Gasket fixed on the door for proper sealing. at all vacuum levels A vacuum gauge is fitted on the control panel at the top of the Oven. It is capable of withstanding high vacuum provided with vacuum gauge see transparent through window of toughened glass.
Temperature controller cum Indicator Digital based with LED display for Set Value (SV) & Process Value (PV) to select any desired temperature. Supplied with cord and plug.
