Box Compression Tester made of a set of plates one is attached to the load measuring arrangement and the other is movable plate which is move with the help of motor, gearbox, and screw and nut arrangement, the movable plate have the facility of over travel and under travel. The load measuring arrangement is digital type. The box of which the compression strength is to be determined is placed on the lower plate, due to the motion of the movable plate the box is compressed and the compression load is directly read out on the digital indicator on the panel. The deflection of the box also measured with the help of the digital deflection indicator.
The instrument is made in two parts, one is for main instrument and the other is the control panel. The ultimate test is to determining overall quality and performance of the container. The instrument is bright chrome plating, zinc plating, painted in metallic paints. It is supplied complied with electrical which include micro-switches, Push buttons and contactors for safe and convenient operation.
The GMS Round cutter is used to determine GSM (Grams per square meter) of the fabric (Woven Non-woven or knitted) and paper, film, foam, carper and board. The main body of the Round Cutter is made of fine quality aluminum casting for lightweight and resilience.

Determination of thickness of Film is considerable importance, both for assuring conformity with design parameters and for evaluation of various physical properties determination of thickness of Film sample in laboratory is usually carried out with the help of a bench thickness gauge .The Film component whose thickness is to be determined is kept on a flat anvil and a circular indenter is pressed onto it from the top under a specified pressure .the contact faces of the anvil and the indenter are ground flat and set in planes parallel to each other .
Bench Thickness Gauge for Film consists of a digital micrometer fitted on a rigid metallic frame .the micrometer has a flat circular indenter, which exerts the specified pressure on the Film sample whose thickness is being measured through a dead weight .the paper sample is kept on an anvil, which is in from of a flat circular platform. The axis of the indenter and the anvil coincide and is the same as the axis of movement of the indenter. The indenter can be raised and lowered gently onto the Film sample with the help of a lifting lever.
One complete oscillation of the test piece, during which it is folded first backwards and then forwards about the same line and this oscillation is double fold.
Two horizontally opposed and movable clamping jaws, which hold specimen 100 mm (4 in.) long under variable tension during the folding cycle, while a slotted folding blade, sliding back and forth between four creasing rollers, folds the paper at 120 double fold per minute. One or two specimen can be tested simultaneously. The number of folds is registered by two impulse / digital counter which are stopped the reading automatically after the corresponding sample break, when the specimen breaks. The Equipment is used for determining the Folding Endurance of all kinds of paper, foil and films up to 0.25 mm or less.
Folding Endurance Tester has been used for the estimation for the suitability of the paper in used to withstand repeated bending, folding, and creasing.
Two specimens can be tested simultaneously. The number of folder is registered by two six figure impulse counters with hold facilities when the respective head stopped automatically upon the rupture of first specimen and automatic switched off the instruments upon the rupture of second specimen.
Front panel consist of start, stop, push button, with light indicator which indicate the on/off position of electric motor.

This instrument measures Brightness and Opacity of Paper, Paperboard, Textile, Ceramic, Mica Sheets and such other materials including Brightness of Powdered Materials. The measuring results can be obtained for ISO brightness (blue whiteness R457), fluorescent whitening degree of fluorescent whitening materials, opacity, brightness stimulus Y10 (green diffusion reflection factor RY), optical density lead core concentration, transparency, light scattering coefficient and light absorption coefficient of test sample and absorption value of printing ink.
