Description :

• Unitex SS 50 Unique modified starch produced from com for textile warp sizing application. It can be used for Cotton, Polyester—cotton blend, Polyester—viscose blend etc. It reduces the consumption of PVA, CMC & Acrylic in sizing.
• It is more suitable for fine varieties of Cotton & its blends to be woven on high speed looms like Airjet, Rapier etc.

Application :

• Unitex SS 50 is modified starch which is compatible with all other sizing ingredients like PVA, Acrylic, CMC, Lubricant, gums & synthetic sizes etc.
• It's solution is stable & do not thicken not even after standing for long time.
• Unitex SS 50 provides the uniform penetration as well as flexible film (gives yarn desired elasticity).
• It provides optimal weaving efficiency with less droppings on sizing as well as loom,
• It can be easily removed by traditional De-sizing process.
• It passes all Eco-Parameters like toxicity, COD, BOD & its free from all toxic.

Description : Pepsize 200 is a Oxidized maize starch having good adhesive & cohesive property for coating and surface sizing .

Properties :

• Good paste stability, clarity and reduced tendency to retrograde.
• Lower pasting temperature.
• Provides tough, clear and flexible filns.
• Pastes are more stable to salts and had water than pastes of cationic or other anionic starches.

Application : The use of Pepsize 200 in size solutions of high solids to seal pores, tie down loose surface, fibres, improve surface strength and to provide hold out printing inks.

Preparation : Pepsize 200 is slurried in cold water till free of lumps at desired solids The slurry can be cooked either by direct steam injection or in jacketed cooker, along with agitation to 95^oC for about 20 minutes. When using a continuous jet cooker the starch slurry is heated to 100 Degree to 105 Degree C

Pepsize 200 is available in 25 kg / 50 kg HDPE woven bags. and also Jumbo bags.
