Our product range contains a wide range of Electrically Heated Tank
SS304 vertical Cylindrical Jacketed Insulated Tank Supported On SS Tubular Legs with SS Ball Feets.
The Tank Shall be fabricated from mm thick Outer body mm thick medium body and mm thick inner tank wall with SS 304 sheets. The Tank shall be supplied with Inlet, Outlet valve, CIP Spray Ball & Outlet Valve.
Heating will be carried out using heaters in the jacket which will produce hot water in the jacket in term heating milk in the tank to required pasteurization temp.and holding for half an hour along with slow agitation.
As soon as the pasteurization temp. Would be achieved heater would cut off automatically.
