Milk Pasteurizer

Capacities starting from 200 LPH TO 20, 000 LPH.

System Consist of the following system:-

a) A hot water generation system:-

Steam Pipe Line with bypass assembly to transfer the steam from boiler to hot water phe.the pipeline consist of auto control steam valve, gun metal valves and pressure gauges.
Hot water PHE to generate water from steam.The outlet of phe consist of steam trap for effective condensation and creating back pressure for steam.
The system consist of how water pump, buffer vessel, safety valve and make up line for water.z
b) Milk Pasteuriser PHE plate pack
- The multisection PHE plate pack is used to heat the milk from room temp. to pasteurisation temp.
- Milk gets hold in holding tube so as to kill harmful bacteria and is brought back to 4 degree celcius.
- Regeneration efficiency upto 93 %.
c) Auto Control Valve
- In order to forward/divert the milk in case the temp, reaches the set point.
d)Accessories
- Float balance tank
- Milk Pump

e)Electrical Panel
- Panel to start motors
- Flow controller for milk

We manufacture Vertical / Horizontal Insulated Stainless Steel storage Tanks with Dimple Jacket suitable for circulation of steam / hot water / Cold water. The batch pasteurizer is manufactured from Stainless Steel SS 304 is suitable for working at maximum 6 Bar with Test pressure of 9 Bar .

These tanks are with slopped Bottom. One can also have a choice of having the these Tanks insulated with Outer Body after insulation with SS/ MS.
