1. Packing Materials
Cardboard Boxes: Tiles are first packed in corrugated cardboard boxes.
Shrink Wrap / Plastic Film: Protects against moisture and dust.
Wooden Pallets: Boxes are stacked on fumigated wooden pallets for container loading.
Straps & Corner Protectors: Steel/plastic straps secure the load, with edge protectors to prevent damage.
2. Packing Method
Tiles per Box: Depends on size and thickness. For example:
300 600 mm tiles 6 tiles per box.
600 600 mm tiles 4 tiles per box.
1200 2400 mm slabs 1 tile per box.
Boxes per Pallet: Usually 4060 boxes per pallet.
Boxes per Container: A 20 ft container can hold 10001200 boxes depending on tile size.
