Champion Wedge Wire Filter Nozzles - Fully Metallic are made with a blind cap on one end and washer fixed with a threaded stem on the other end and can be secured with a nut and washer, usually installed in a vessel by an orifice plate. The Filter Screen is an all welded wedge wire screen. By virtue of its unique all metallic construction it offer very superior mechanical load capacity unlike plastic filter nozzles which fail very often in some load conditions.

These wedge wire filter nozzles are manufactured to suit customer requirements and are not restricted by screen diameter, connection type, slot or length.
