The machine is mainly used for film sticking of the ground paper of windowing envelops, VCD and non-standard specifications .The knife holder for film sticking adopts the advanced foreign technology with precise and stable die cutting. The air-suction bottom feeding system ensuring the automatic feeding of non-stop operation of the equipment; stable and reliable air separator with accurate positioning of the pin removal rotary automatic sizing unit ensuring the uniform glue spread ;adopting the automatic gear shifting to adjust the length of the film and high-speed accurate automatic film sticking unit, easy for operation. stable and reliable during the production .it is a kind of leading domestic equipment special for film sticking of window ground paper at present.
Thismachine is widely used for binding note books, workbook, calender and so on. The wire is unwound from a spool, straightened and smoothed by the special rectifying tools of the machine and then is guided via guide Rollers to the mandrel which forms the spiral and regulates the spiral Diameter. The pre-punched book is placed onto the book supporter. By starting the machine the spiral is introduced into the perforation. The needed spiral length can be adjusted at the electronic wire length controller. The machine stops automatically when the wire reaches the required length and then the spiral is cut-off and both spirals ends air bend inwards and the machine is ready for the next cycle.
