Semi-automatic saddle - stitching machine is a desirable, high efficiency book binding machine. The machine adopts the method of manual leaves building. Auto book sending, auto binding, auto receiving. It can be matched with 1 to 6 stapler head according to the need of binding specification. It is suitable for large, medium and small printing factories as well as binding factories to bind books, magazines and notebooks.
The Salient features are:
Adjustable pinning speed of 30 to 70 cycles per minute to suit the specific needs of the job in-hand.
The six stitching heads are standard part of the machine.
These heads are adjustable from 45 to 330mm to cater to single/double-up note books/booklet etc.
The chain conveyor device for feeding the booklets for faster production and optimum operator safety.
The stitched booklets etc are automatically transferred to the Delivery chute.
Sturdy, simple to operate and maintain.
