  •  Scroll your cursor to ‘My Requirement’ on the top navigation bar
  •  From the drop-down menu, select ‘Add New Buy Requirement’
  •  You will be redirected to the ‘Post Your Requirement’ page
  •  In the ‘Product/Service’ field, add the product name. You can also select the product from the drop-down list that appears
  •  Some specifications will appear if you select the product from the list. You can choose from them
  •  Add other details for your product requirement like order quantity, order value, requirement urgency, supplier preference, etc.
  • The contact details with which you have registered would be visible under contact information
  •  You can click on ‘Edit’ in case you want to edit the contact information for your buy requirement
  •  Once you have added all the information, click on ‘Submit’ to save your buy requirement

What are ‘Active’, ‘Non-Active’ and ‘Expired’ Buy Requirements?

Active: These are those buy requirements that have been approved by our team and are visible on ExportersIndia.Com’s buy lead page

Non-Active: These are those buy requirements that have not yet been approved by our team. These requirements would not be visible to suppliers, sellers, etc.

Expired: These are the buy lead requirements that have expired

How long does it take for my requirement to become ‘Active’?

Any buy requirement becomes active within 24-48 hours of posting.

How long does my Buy Lead stay Active?

Any buy lead that you post on ExportersIndia.Com stays active for a period of six months. After six months, it assumes that the requirement is fulfilled and automatically deleted it from the active section.

When does my ‘Buy Requirement’ expire?

After three months of posting any buy requirement, you will receive an email on your registered email id asking you if your requirement is fulfilled or not.

If you reply that the requirement is fulfilled, the buy requirement would automatically expire.

If you reply that the requirement is not fulfilled yet, it will be renewed for six months; i.e., the requirement will stay active for a period of six months from the date you reply to the email.

Does ExportersIndia.Com notify me before moving my product to ‘Expired’ section?

Yes, ExportersIndia.Com sends you an email three months after you have posted the requirement asking for the status of your buy requirement. If your requirement is unfulfilled, it will give you six more months before moving it to ‘Expired’ section.

I received a mail for my Buy Lead after 3 months. What does it mean?

The email is sent by ExportersIndia.Com asking for the fulfillment status of your buy requirement. You need to reply to that email to tell your buy requirement status.

How do I edit any buy requirement that I’ve posted?

  •  Scroll your cursor to ‘My Requirement’ on the top navigation bar
  •  From the drop-down menu, select ‘Manage Buy Requirements’
  •  Go to the buy requirement that you want to edit
  •  On the right side of that requirement, click on the ‘Edit’ option
  •  You will be taken to the ‘Edit Buy Offer’ page
  •  Here, make the changes you want to edit or update your buy requirement

My requirement is fulfilled. How do I delete the Buy Lead?

  •  Scroll your cursor to ‘My Requirement’ on the top navigation bar
  •  From the drop-down menu, select ‘Manage Buy Requirements’
  •  Go to the buy requirement that you want to delete
  •  On the right side of that requirement, click on the ‘Delete’ option
  •  Press ‘OK’ on the confirmation pop-up to delete your buy requirement
