The Key lime (Citrus aurantifolia) is a citrus species with a globose fruit, 2.5–5 cm in diameter (1–2 in), that is yellow when ripe but usually picked green commercially. The plant attains a height of 5mt. the flowers are 1 inch in diameter, are yellowish white, with a light purple tinged on margins. Flowers and fruits appear throughout the year, but are most abundant from May to September. Lime has an odour similar to lemon, but more fresh.it is mainly propagated by seeds. The fruits ripen and fall 5-6months after flowering. It is smaller, seedier, has a higher acidity, a stronger aroma, and a thinner rind than that of the Persian lime (Citrus x latifolia). It is valued for its unique flavor compared to other limes, with the key lime usually having a more tart and bitter flavor.
Cajanus cajan an annual or perennial shrub, 1-5mt. high, cultivated nearly throughout India as a pulse crop. Leaves are trifoliate and alternately arranged. Leaflets are obvate and lanceolate.stipules linear 2-3mm long.stipilates filiform and 1-2m long. Flowers are mainly yellow but can also be striated with purple streaksor plain red. It is native to Asia and Africa. In Asia it is mainly found in Afganistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Shrilanka and in Africa it is mainly grown in Ethopia, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda.it is very drought tolerant, and dual purpose crop for grain and fodder. The plant is probably a native of Africa, and it is now grown in almost all the tropical countries of the world, including Africa, America, India, Australia, Hawaii, East and West Indies. In India, it is mainly grown in U.P., M.P., Bihar, Bombay and Madras.

Dolichos biflorus a branched sub-erect or trailing annaul, with small trifoliate leaves, bearing, when mature, narrow, flat, curved pods, 1½ - 2 inches long, tipped with a persistent style. The pods contain 5-6 flattened, ellipsoid seeds, 1/8 - 1/4 in long. The plant is native of India and is distributed throughout the tropical regions of the Old World. It occurs all over India up to an altitude of 5000 feet. It is an important pulse crop particularly in Madras, Mysore, Bombay and Hyderabad.
