Gearless Elevator Traction Machine
A gearless elevator machine is a head on direct-drive system, there is no gear between the motor and direct sheave (pulley). Manual breaking system is also present in the machine.

A permanent magnet generator is a device used to convert mechanical energy to electrical with the highest efficiency. In a conventional alternator, the rotor is made of amination and the copper wire is wound to the rotor to generate a magnetic field.
