A versatile lever operated semiautomatic machine for various operations with levers is order of

The test equipment work on up and down movement of tablet in medium of water kept at 37⁰C. Built in a steel cabinet of 17"x12"x9" high which housed a geared motor for the vertical shaft drive the shaft moves up and down by 50 to 60 mm at speed of 28-32 strokes per minute. On the upper end of the shaft fitted a horizontal strip with clamp on either side. These clamps hold glass vessels open at both ends and with stainless steel wire gauge with rubber rings at the lower end, which dips in water. Freeze drying is a technique of fundamental importance to the biological sciences in particular. In brief, Freeze drying is removal of water from a specimen after it has been frozen permitting maintenance of the specimen. Heat labile materials including proteins, antibiotic, vitamins preparations, blood plasma, hormones, tissue micro-organism etc. can now be preserved for years without any significant loss of activity. Square section aluminium alloy track, length 1.5 m, with staggered holes, supported on two light alloy castings. OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:

(a) Automatic water cut off device in case water supply is stoped.This is a solid state transistorized device which automatically keeps watch on regular supply of water in the flask and keeps the heaters On only when the water supply is normal. It automatically cuts OFF the supply of heaters from the mains when the water supply get disturbed and thus prevents the burning of heating element/melting of glass coil. Heaters would automatically be switched ON when the water comes to normal.

Made of Polypropylene, these cone shaped flasks are rigid, translucent & autoclavable. The screw cap keeps the contents of the flask contamination free and makes the flask leakproof. Threads should be disengaged before autoclaving.

Aspirator Bottles are made of Polypropylene and are therefore much lighter than glass. These are autoclavable durable and dependable. The leakproof spigot screwed to the bottle body requires only a half turn to open or close. These bottles are used for storing or dispensing distilled water and other laboratory solutions. Threads should be totally disengaged before autoclaving.

The lamphouse can be held in any desired position around the disc.

Optical elements are two 50 x 25 mm plane glass mirrors, and a metallic cylindrical mirror, each mounted in a holder, for reflection. For refraction, 20 mm thick acrylic semi-circular block, bi-convex lens, bi-concave lens each 140 mm long & a trapezium with 125 mm base are provided. Each of these elements has embedded magnets to hold on to the disc.
