Perma Plaster Putty is a fine powder in white and light grey colour based on ordinary portland cement / white cement, selected polymers and fillers. • Clean the surface to remove dirt. Dust. laitance, oil, grease etc. Dampen concrete or the plastered surface before application
• lf the plastered surface has pores treat surface with SBR diluted 1:1 with water so that all the pores are primed then apply putty made to a flowing consistency so that all the pores get filled up then apply level putty
• Mix 250 to 3DD ml of clean water to 1 kg Perma Coarse Putty mix thoroughly and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes and remix to obtain an eyen consistency creamy paste
• Apply this paste on tile plaster on concrete surface with Spatula or putty blade lf there is a need to build up thickness it can he applied in layers taking care to see that the first layers has dried before the second layer is applied

Perma Floor Top is a floor hardening compound based on non-oxidising metallic or non metallic aggregates a blend of ordinary Portland cements and activating chemicals. Spread the material with a spatula or squeeze float into the joints. Direction for Use :

• Preparation of the area : Make sure that the tiles or the stone joint operation is taken up atleast 72 hrs after the tiles are laid. The joints shall be dry and free from deleterious materials.
• Application : Apply masking tape where porosity in tiles or stones is encountered. If not, clean the joints with a blower and apply the grout gel using a squeezy blade. Clean the grouted area with a squeezy sponge dipped in water and finishes the surface. Allow the grout to dry through air curing.

Three Component Heavy Duty Epoxy Concrete for Industrial Floors and Heavy Duty Repairs of Dams, Tunnels and BridgesPerma Master Floor (HDM) is a Three Component high performance epoxy resin based concrete that provides a rough looking extremely strong bedding mortar or screed mortar to industrial floors. This product is also used in heavy duty repairs of dams, tunnels, spillways, bridge girders etc.


Directions for Use

• Surface preparation - As with all epoxy resin systems, surface preparation is of prime importance. For concrete surfaces, remove all grease, oil, dust, laitance etc. Ensure substrate to receive the screed is sound, cut back to sound surface wherever necessary.
• Primings - Remove dust and ensure that all the surface is dry. Prime with Perma Master Prime-CN or Perma Master Bond.
• Mixing - Do not split packs or alter the components in any way. Mix in a suitable mechanical pan type resin mixer. Thoroughly mix both liquid components together prior to the addition of the aggregate component. Remix until the aggregate is completely dispersed.
• Application - Spread the mixed Perma Master Floor (HDM) onto the primed surface the primer must still be fully tacky. Rake or spread out to the thickness required, compact and finish with a steel trowel.
• Perma Master Floor (HDM) shall be laid on suitable prepared surfaces where indicated. Perma Master Floor (HDM) is manufactured to the following specifications.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Clean the foundation surfaces to be grouted so that they are free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, curing compound, paint etc.
• Make the surface wet and avoid stagnation of water in the recesses.
• Mix Perma Grout – 60 SPL  with water as per the ratios mentioned with properties above to form a smooth consistency mortar or slurry. Lower the water content higher will be the strength.
• Pour Perma Grout – 60 SPL  mortar or slurry in the pocket or recess to be grouted. After initial hardening cure by placing wet hessian over it.

CONCRETE FLOOR DUST PROOFER AND HARDENER

DESCRIPTIONEven the best concreted industrial floors loose their looks because of surface weakness and dusting. A small care such as use of a dust proofer and floor hardener on new floor at a very nominal cost ensures long life and good looks to an industrial floor. Perma Floor Seal is a micro Concrete  Dust Proofer which is diluted with water and applied on the floors to get the desired dust proof and healthy performance of floors.

PRIMARY USES

• To make the floor surface hard, durable and dust proof.

ADVANTAGESBoth new as well as old floors can be treated with Perma Floor Seal. Perma Floor Seal makes the surface strong and durable. Perma Floor Seal makes the surface dust proof. There is no need for surface preparation and curing. The floor can be open to traffic even during treatment. It improves chemical resistance of the floor.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Perma Floor Seal is applied on cleaned concrete floors in three coats with 12 hours intervals between coats.
• Dissolve 1 kg of Perma Floor Seal crystals in 6 litres of water and apply by brush, mop or just flood the surface.
• After 12 hours dissolve 1 kg of Perma Floor Seal Crystals in 3 Litres of water and apply as stated above.
• After 12 hours repeat operation (2) above.
• After 12 hours clean the surface with clean water and put it to use.

ACTIONPerma Floor Seal crystals when dissolved in water and applied on concrete surface, penetrates deep into the concrete through the capillaries and reacts with calcium oxide in cement to form non soluble crystals. These crystals effectively block the capillaries and effectively fill up all the surface pores making the whole concrete dense. This minimises penetration of chemical spillages etc. into concrete thus making it weak. The pore blocked surface becomes dust free.

COVERAGE1st Coat 250 gms/100 sq.ft. subsequent coats 400 gms/ 100 sq.ft. For three coats 1 kg covers 100 sq.ft.

HEALTH AND SAFETYPerma Floor Seal produces a strong alkaline solution. Eyes and skin should be protected from splashing. Contact with skin should be washed with plenty of water. If eyes are affected clean with adequate running water and seek medical help. During treatment hand gloves and gum boots are recommended.

RESIN BASED CURING COMPOUND

DESCRIPTIONPerma Resi Cure is a resin based curing compound supplied in clear straw colored liquid form. When applied on a fresh concrete surfaces, it forms a seamless film which does not allow the water to escape or evaporate from  the surface so that the water in concrete/mortar  is utilized for self curing or full hydration of cement. This continuous  film further dries to form a membrane which protects the concrete and increases its durability and prevents from shrinkage cracks.

PRIMARY USE

• Perma Resi Cure is ideally suited for all concrete or mortar  curing applications where water scarcity exists or where effective curing is unpractical due to location disadvantage, accessibility problems, ineffective supervision etc.
• Perma Resi Cure helps concrete achieve 90% or higher curing efficiency and hence helps in development of full strength.
• Perma Resi Cure is ideal for curing soffit of slabs or beams where in water curing is difficult.

DIRECTION FOR USE

Perma Resi Cure can be spray applied on to the concreted or repaired surface just when the surface moisture has dried. Perma Resi Cure shall not be sprayed on to the bleed water of fresh concrete, this will hinder the curing film formation. On the de-shuttered concrete surfaces the curing compound may be sprayed immediately after de-shuttering. After application of Perma Cure, foot traffic shall not be allowed on it till it is fully dry, otherwise the foot traffic will damage the curing film and effective curing will not be achieved. Perma Resi Cure is a solvent based  product product hence care should be taken wduring application. The product should be kept away from sources of fire. During application workers should be restrained from smoking.

PACKING AND STORAGEPerma Resi Cure is available in 5 Liter 20 Liter and 200 Liter metal drums. Perma Resi Cure should be stored in a cool and dry place away from any source of fire between temperatures 10OC  to 25OC

ADDITIVE FOR UNDERLAYMENT TO UNEVEN FLOOR

DESCRIPTIONPermacem is a special hydraulic binder, which in combination with graded aggregates and water is used for preparing shrinkage compensated, fast setting high strength screeds, to create a base for laying of floor tiles, whether ceramic, wooden, linoleum, PVC etc ; carpeting or laying any other flooring system.

ADVANTAGES

• Permacem needs only addition of graded aggregates and recommended amount of water for preparing strong quick drying dependable mortar which is easy to mix and use.
• Permacem is shrinkage compensated and hence there are no chances of shrinkage cracks. It is quick drying. Tiling mortars or self-leveling screeds can be laid within 3 to 4 hours of laying of Permacem screed.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• SURFACE PREPARATION : Surface to receive Permacem screed should be sound, clean and free from any deleterious matter. It should be primed with water or SBR-OPC bonding slurry depending on whether it is an un-bonded or bonded screed
• MIXING AND LAYING : Mix Permacem with graded sand of size 0-8 mm in the proportion of 1 : 6 by weight and add water at a dosage of about 35% by weight of Permacem in a mixer and immediately lay the screed mortar on the prepared surface and spread, level and compact it. For laying bonded screeds, first apply boning slurry prepared by mixing PERMA BOND SBR and OPC in the proportion of 1:1 by volume on the surface immediately before laying Permacem screed.

PRECAUTIONS

• Do not use Permacem on surfaces subjected to rising dampness, In such cases waterproof the substrate first.
• Do not use secondary binders such as other cements, lime, gypsum etc., with Permacem .
• Take care to see that the aggregates are suitably graded, do not use only fine or coarse aggregates with Permacem .
• Have a good control over water. Excess or insufficient water from the recommendation will result in loss of strength and performance of Permacem .
• Do not leave Permacem mix in the mixer for more than 3-4 minutes.

Perma Plast PC – 503 is a superior quality Super Plasticiser cum very high range water reducer based on high molecular weight Poly Carboxylic Copolymers.

Perma Plast PC – 503 should be added to the concrete / mortar / cement paste mix during the mixing cycle at the same time as the water is added. Avoid adding Perma Plast PC – 501 directly to the dry cement.

 

ACTION

Perma Plast PC – 503 is a powerful plasticiser which disperses and deflocculates the cement particles within cement concrete / mortar or in paste. It is useful in increasing the workability of mix without addition of excess water or to allow reduction in free water content of the mix to achieve superior strength without in any way affecting the colour of the mix or the end product.

 

DOSAGE

Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum dosage of Perma Plast PC – 503 for each application. However dosage range is between 100 gms to 1000 gms per 50 kg bag of cement depending upon the end results desired.

 

PACKING

Perma Plast PC – 503 is available in 25 kg, 100 kg and 200 kg HDPE drum.

 

SHELF LIFE

Perma Plast PC – 503 has a shelf life of 12 months if stored in manufacturer’s original packing in a cool and dry place away from moisture and heat.
