My Q Laboratory Padding Mangle is a versatile laboratory machine with wide applications in Dyeing, Printing & inishing processes. By simulating the production level process parameters on laboratory scale satisfactory results can be obtained with JK &PC. Padding Mangle. Two bowl Vertical Padding Mangle has bowls coated with synthetic rubber. In standard supply, shore hardness of the rubber is 70 shore hardness. Uniform pressure through out the bowl is achieved by pneumatic loading of the bowls. This ensures in achieving desired expression results. Safety devices provided include a fabric feeder, a safety rod & emergency stop button. Machine is provided with a liquor trough, nippadding trough, doctor blade &cleaning spray for cleaning of bowls & trough. Padding Mangle with 3 bowls can be offered if needed with central bowl of ebonite, stainless steel or synthetic rubber. For specific purpose, bowls canbe offered with highershore hardness.

MY Q HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE TESTER (MANUAL MODEL)
My QShade Card-Winding Machine consists of a set of grips between which the card is held with the help of knurling bolts. There is an arrangement of gears to rotate both grips at a time. Yarn is wind over the shade card at equal spacing under a desired tension. The yarns are guided on the shade card with the help of yarn guides, which are moves parallel to the shade card with the help of the worm / worm wheel and cam/ follower mechanism. The guide is positively linked to the rotation of the shade card with the help of the worm/ worm wheel, shaft and cam/ follower mechanism. There are a set of spring loaded adjustable tensioning arrangement provide the desired tension to the yarn. For holding the reels, there is a stand on which the holding pins and guides for yarn etc. are mounted for easy movement of the yarns.
The equipment is built on the fabricated base. It is finished in metallic or deco painting and bright chrome/ zinc plating to give it a corrosion resistance finish.
