Three conial beaded edged cups 50 mm. In diameter, attached by arms to a central boss drive a vertical spindle at a rotary speed proportional to the wind velocity.
Aluminum, Brass and Stainless Steel are used throughout this instrument to ensure freedom from corrosion and long working life. A conical shield protects the spindle and bearing from the rain.
An Infra Red Transducer connected to the vertical shaft gives pulses proportional to the number of rotations of the vertical shaft.
This signal is carried through interconnecting cable ( standard length 20 mtrs.) to the Transmitter unit.
4 - 20 mA OR 0 - 5 Volts Dc output proportional to the wind velocity is provided which can be fed to any Data Logger or PLC.

MYKO 500 MK Series transducers are ideally used to convert current or voltage input signal to a nearly proportional pneumatic output pressure. This versatile instrument is rugged and reliable force balance transducers for use in both process control and industrial applications, for standard process control applications which typically utilise 3 to 15psig output and industrial & high pressure application which typically utilise pressure output up to 120 psig.
MYKO 500MK Series transducers combines low cost, high accuracy and minimum air consumption with field proven technology. Versatile design features and rugged, compact housing with a choice of CMRI and ATEX* approved versions for explosion proof or intrinsically safe operation when used with a suitable barrier.
Principle of OperationMYKO 500 MK Series transducer is a force balance device in which, when electrical current is passed through the coil of transducer magnetic field is created which acts on the magnet assembly, casuing the anvi & diaphragm to move away from or forward the nozzle (flapper nozzle) depending on the direction of current flow. Motion at the nozzle assembly is proportional to the amount of current passing through the coil.
The flapper/anvil move away from or forward towards the nozzle creates back pressure which acts as pilot pressure to an integral booster relay. when input electrical current increases (or decreases for reverse acting) causes proportional output pressure increases.
Zero and Span are calibrated by turning easily accessible adjusting screws on the front face of the unit. The zero adhusting screw causes the nozzle to move relative to the flapper/anvil. The span adjusting screw is a potentiometer that limits the current through the coil. A thermistor circuit in series with the coil provides temperature compensation.

Float mounted at one end of rigid rod moves with change in level, magnetic capsule at other end of rod moves accordingly within fixed limits Switch contacts across the face change accordingly. As the tank fills up the float lifts up due to buoyancy. A Top Mounted Magnetic Level switch is normally a simple device that monitors the liquid level in a tank and sends a trip signal to another device such as a Pump to protect it. These Level switches are used for Pump protection, Cooling Circuit protection, high & low level alarm and general level monitoring.
It is an instrument used to measure instant flow rate of Liquids and Gases. It is installed in the pipe line vertically upward with flanged or screwed connection.
Simple principle of mechanics and magnetism harnessed to offer an absolutely safe, reliable and trustworthy level indicator for dangerous and toxic liquids under high pressure and temperature.
As the liquid level rises in the tank, the float is lifted up due to buoyancy. The float carries a stem attached to it and on the other side of the stem a magnet is fixed. The float stem moves inside an SS enclosure. External to this enclosure is a glass tube, which carries the magnetic follower (Red in Colour). Due to magnetic attraction, the magnet on the float stem and the magnetic follower are coupled and move in union. As the float moves along with the liquid, the follower also moves inside the glass tube, and the position of the follower can be read against the scale.
