The high-precision open-loop current sensor utilises fluxgate technology to address the issue of low current detection accuracy found in existing open-loop current sensors within the industrial sector. By applying a multi-point zero-flux technology system to the current high-precision open-loop sensors, it combines excitation flux closed-loop control, self-excitation fluxgate technology, and multi-closed-loop control technology to achieve zero-flux closed-loop control of excitation flux, DC flux, and AC flux. A high-frequency ripple sensing channel is constructed to detect high-frequency ripples, enabling the sensor to maintain high gain and measurement accuracy across the full bandwidth range.
The sensor is designed for electronic current measurement: DC, AC, and pulse, providing current isolation between the primary and secondary circuits. It complies with EMC standards (EN61000-3-2:2014, EN 61000-6-4:2007+A1 (2011), EN61000-3-3:2013, EN61000-6-2:2005) and safety standards (EN 61010-1:2010+A1 (2016), IEC61010-2-030:2017).
