Components :

Casting : The castings of bed, table, cross rail and columns are of rigid construction, made with addition of steel and other alloys to achieve the desired strength
Bed : Deep section braced by adequate number of ribs
Table : Box section with hand scraped guide ways to bear load & is of long wearing quality. Adequate number of T -Slots are provided to clamp the work securely
Columns : Are of rigid box section keyed firmly bolted on the bed and capable of absorbing the heaviest possible shocks. Set pins are provided to help refit machine accurately after it is dismantled
Cross Rail : Is of camel type box section heavily ribbed with large bearing surface. Separate arrangement for auto lifting of cross rail is also provided with machine
Ram Heads : Are provided with Vertical and Horizontal Feeds. Rapid Trave' se is also provided
Lubrication : Centralized lubrication unit is attached with the machine
