Automatic Ball Lapping Machine

This machine is used in the final operation of Ball manufacturing. In ball lapping not only the super finish is obtained but also the geometrical parameters are controlled for high precision balls. The loading capacity of this machine is 100 Kg. to 200 Kg.  In  vertical and Horizontal type machine and electricity consumption is 15 HP (with drive type of dyno drive or frequency drive).  The tools plates used in thie machine are of graded cast Iron. The machine is built up with so advanced technology that the accuracy level upto 0.005 mm.
