We are engaged in offering a comprehensive range of Automatic Collar Type FFS Machine (MODEL: FFS -CT 16) which is an intermittent motion machine designed for the efficient packing of the various products like wafers, detergent, henna powder, salt wrapper candies, tea, sugar, spices, snacks food, cheese and biscuits in center seal pouches. This machine is controlled by PLC and has a MMI (man machine interface) with a digital display and keyboard, which makes it more user friendly. Our range of product is suitable for a wide range of heat sealable film as a packing material such as PET/POLY, PET/MET/POLY : laminates with aluminium foil and heat sealable BOPP.
Features :

Servo Drives for both laminate pulling through friction belts and sealing jaws, give the machine unsurpassed accuracy and speed of up to 100 pouches / min. (depending upon the product characteristics and filling attachment)
The unwinding system is a motorized one, which keeps on feeding the laminate to the pouch forming tube without much pulling tension to enable the machine to form wrinkle free pouch formation
The pouch width can be changed very easily by replacing the forming tube and Collar
This machine has an automatic pouch pouch length change system thru PLC and can be adjusted from 65mm to 270mm
Changing of the pouch length length does not require any change parts
All product contact parts are made up of food grade stainless stell SS-304/SS-316
The machine can be provided with various optional attachments (at an extra cost) like Nitrogen Flushing and batch-cutting device.

To simplify the functional use of the machine, it has been divided into three Parts :

Part 1 The Product (beshan ) Dosing System

Part 2 The Product( beshan ) Pouch Forming and Sealing system :

  - LD film roll loading and unwinding arrangement with guided trolley.
  - Photocell registration system to allow controlled flow of laminated film roll.
  - Collar- type chute to give form to laminated film.
  - Sealing system to provide the Side sealing, lower sealing and top sealing of the laminated pouch.
