This semi-automatic machine is made using rust resistance stainless steel glue rollers & working table for smooth & neat working.

reliable and proven gluing system:
double high-tech pneumatic turning system:
two turning units, it suits for two operator gluing, operate the pneumatic in nature and does not have pedal system. The operator can program the stroke timing by precision of seconds. This will be used for holding necessary time of turning bar movement, to hold the glued maximum gsm paper, rexene or cloth, and turning-in to paste by proper manner. Adjustment is provided to process hard boards up to 6 mm thickness with unique locking system.
unique dust-free calendaring unit with conveyor system:
quality silicon rollers are used in the calendaring unit, which can be cleaned easily. Fine rollers control knob-cum-locker is provided for constant disengagement of upper rollers. This is to ensure that case is free from glue and dust on front side especially when using costly wrappers like white paper, wedding card products, quality binding cloths etc. Also provided conveyor for both pneumatic turning operators to feed continuously to produce fast, it is a major requirement of hard case binder today.
