Bottle capping machine, Multi Head Rotary Capping Machine that places and tightens the pre-threaded plastic caps on bottles of any shape and size. The outputs upto 7500 bottleshr. depending upon the size and shape of the bottles. The tightening torque can be adjusted to ensure leak-proof capping. A vibratory bowlfeeder controls the infeed of caps on to the bottles. "A No Bottle - No Cap" Mechanism is provided. A bulk elevator can be optionally provided with interlocks to maintain uniform flow of caps into feeder. Bottle guides and parts coming in contact with the containers are made of stainless steel.
