Bucket Elevator

Cap Elevator is basically a clitted belt conveyor erected at an angle for loading of caps into the Hopper bowl to ensure automatic nonstop operation of capping machine. Caps are first fed in bulk quantity in the hopper in the machine. The Cap Elevator can be inclined at a proper angle with help of screw provided to match with the height of feeder bowl. A fixed focus type optical sensor governs the automatic On-Off control of the clitted so that always a definite quantity of caps is maintained in the feeder bowl. The clitted belt is driven by a Geared motor 0.5H.P, 3 Phase A.C. The Cap Elevator is fabricated with pre-buffed laminated SS 304 sheets and material of construction of belt is food grade PVC.
