Digital Gloss Meter

The Digital Gloss Meter is a precision instrument designed to measure the glossiness of surfaces with high accuracy and repeatability. Using a 60° measuring geometry, it evaluates reflected light intensity and provides readings in gloss units (GU) across a wide range of 0–1000 GU.

Compliant with international standards ISO 2813, ASTM D2457, ASTM D523, and China standard GB/T 9754, the device ensures reliable measurements suitable for quality control in industrial and laboratory applications. It features auto-calibration for convenience and can store up to 35,000 measurement data points, which can be transferred to PC software for analysis, documentation, and reporting.

The meter is portable and versatile, powered either by a dry-cell battery or USB recharge. Its automatic shutdown feature enhances battery efficiency, with adjustable timing between 30 and 120 seconds.
