Electrode Drying Oven

The GMP-GC-06 is a unique design model which offers complete protection to welding electrodes by preventing deterioration caused by absorption of moisture (due to the electrodes being hygroscopic in nature). This oven with its thermostatic controlenergy regulator digital control could be used as a dual purpose cabinet. If set at a lower temperature it could be us ed as an electrode storage cabinet, while at a higher temperature it could be used for the recovery of electrodes which might have become wet. The construction is double walled, insulated mild steel cabinet. The oven is duly powder coated and the inner chamber has a heat resistive silver paint with 2” thick high density glass wool insulation in between the walls.
