• Mcon Nsg 40 : Non-Shrink, high strength, free flowing & self leveling, non-metallic chloride free cementitious grout for general purpose grounting of static load, as well as centrifugal and rotary machines in cement, textile, paper, steel industries etc.. attains 500 kg /cm² compressive strength at 28 days. Expansion – 0.8% to 1.5%, Density – 1800 kg/m² water powder ratio – pourable 0.17, Flowable – 0.19.
• Mcon Nsg 60 : Non – Shrink, hgih strength, free flowing & self leveling, non – metallic, chloride free cementitious grout for general purpose grouting For dynamic load. Freely flows under base plates and bolt pockets. High early & Ultimiate strenght. Attains 650 kg/cm² compressive strength at 28 days. Expansion – 0.8% to 1.5% water powder ratio Pourable 0.15, Flowable 0.16.
• Mcon Super Add : Super plasticiser, shrinkage compensating, iron free, chloride free grout additive. Produces easy flowing cohesive grout, attains higher strength ideal for static load. Dosage : 200gms. Per 50kg of cement.
• Mcon Groupt EP : Non-Shrink, High strength, free flowing, three part, high performance epoxy grout. A unique epoxy grout system even for running industry with minimum production shut down. Ideal for very heavy dynamic loads like heavy duty rails, machineries, compressors, dowel bars, studs, Non-shrink, high strength, free flowing, three part, high performance epoxy grout. Etc. High tensile & flexual strength attains 970 kg/ cm² compressive strength in 7 days.
• Mcon Grout Eplv : Two part, pre formulated, low viscosity epoxy resin. It is used for injection of craks and cold joints in concrete structures. It bonds efficiently with substrate and with its ultra high strngth values restors structural integrity. It is suitable for damp or dry surface. The compressive strength of Mcon grout eplv is 75N/mm² at 7 days.
• Mcon Fix grout : High strength thixotropic, two part polyester resin grout. Vibration and corrosion resistant. Attains ultra high compressive and pull ut strength. Rapid setting and can be used under water. Designed for grouting of steel bars bolt into concrete, stones, machinery and brick work where speed of installation and early load bearing capacity is required.
