Feeder Unit Automatic Batching Plant

We are offering feeder unit automatic batching plant.
20m3hr automatic concrete mobile batching plant is fitted with three bin system (three bin capacity: bin 1 : 2.75m3 bin 2 : 2.75m3 bin 3 : 2.5m3)each bin has a pneumatic cylinder to control pre-determined aggregates feeding to the common gathering conveyor belt with weighing system and pneumatic compressor.
Weighing hopper and horizontal belt conveyor:
weighing hopper and horizontal conveyor belt are suspended on load cells for calibration. This assembly is mounted below the aggregate hopper bins. All the aggregates will be fed directly to the mixer drum.
Cement screw conveyor:
an inclined cement screw conveyor of suitable length will be provided with motor coupled with gearbox.
Cement weighing system:
a separate conical hopper (with vibrator) on loadcell is mounted, above the mixer unit receiving cement from inclined screw conveyor and discharging the weighed cement directly by opening the cylinder into the mixer.
Water weighing system:
automatic flow meter with counter, sensor will be provided through control panel. The water pump will cut off as per preset value of water.
mixer unit:
reverse discharge drum type mixer with steel gear driven by suitable motor coupled with gearbox will be provided.
Axle , suspension and turn table:
for ease of transportation the whole plant is mounted over a rigid chassis with heavy duty leaf springs (four sets). Re built tires and toeing arrangement.
control panel:
batch storage memory in control panel. The control panel is a plc based automanual option
is provided.
