Force Gauges

Mark-10 Corporation manufactures various types of Force gauges depending on accuracy, sampling rate, memory etc.

Series 7 Force gauges have a sampling rate of 14,000 Hz and has break detection also.  It has an accuracy of +/-0.1%fs and the measurement units could be lbF, ozF, gF, kgF, N, kN, mN.  The outputs are USB/RS232, Mitytoyo and Analog.  The system can also be connected to a computer to continuously monitor the change in force.

Series 5 Force gauges have a sampling rate of 7,000Hz and these are advanced digital force gauges desigend to measure both tension and compression.  The capacities could vary from 0.12lb to 2,000 lbF.  It has an onboard memory of 1,000 readings, can do statistical calculations and output the results to a PC.

Series 4 Force gauges are designed for capacities between 0.12l to 500lb.  The accuracy is 0.2%fs with a resolution of 1/2000.  It has an onboard memory of 50 readings, statistical calcuations and output to a PC.  The data can be transferred to a PC or other outputs like USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo or analog.

Series 3 Force gauges are compact systems with a sampling rate of 2,000 Hz.  The output provided is USB and the accuracy is +/-0.3% of full scale.

All the Force gauges from Series 7 / 5 / 4 / 3 would be supplied with a NIST traceable certificate also.

Series 2 Force gauges are designed for basic tension and compression force testing applications upto 500 lbF (2,500 N).  The accuracy is 0.5% fs and the sampling rate is 500 Hz.  The measurement units are lbF, kgF & N.
