Friction Saws

We offer Friction Saws that are made of Chrome-Vanadium Steel that resultantly makes shock-resistant at high-cutting speed. The tooth profiles are procured from Vollmer Machine of Germany. The Friction Saws are tested on several parameters before being made available to the clients.
Operation
The operation of Friction saw is squarely based on the strength of the frictional heat that is produced between saw teeth and work piece, when the saw attains a high speed. Cr-V steels retain their durability and toughness. Our Friction Saws are able to resist the stress created by super speeds (60-90 meters per second). The Friction Saw needs to be mounted properly and should not run out.
