It is thin (2-3mm) versatile jointing material used for laying AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks etc. The product is specially designed to provide higher bonding because of its higher tensile adhesion strength. The adhesive application is faster, cleaner & accurate, it ensures high quality & greater productivity. It reduces wastage, no water curing required & hence it is more economical. It is a grey powder which consists of blend of portland cements, special cements, polymers and fillers. Superior Block Jointing Mortar Is A Versatile Jointing Material Used For Laying Aac Blocks, Flyash Bricks, Concrete Block Etc.

Advantages :

• No soaking of Block required. Block can go directly from box to the wall minimizing breakages which occur during soaking and extra labour.
• Surface of Block need not be made wet as Superior Block Jointer functions best on dry and clean surfaces. Hence saving in labour.
• No curing is required as Superior Block Jointer paste is self curing type.
• Superior Block Jointer waterproofs the block surface.
• Excellent adhesion to smooth surface such as existing Block surface etc.

Coverage : On a smooth even surface Superior Block Jointer gives a coverage of 1.3 to 1.5 square feet per kg (3 mm thickness) approximately.

Application :

• Mix the powder and water in the volumetric proportion of 3 volumes of powder to one volume of water.
• Thoroughly mix to form a creamy paste, leave it for 10 minutes for maturing & apply this paste to the surface to be Block and press the Block in position firmly.
• An adhesion thickness of 3mm in enough to create a good bond.
