Plug Valve

Plug Valves seat and plug face are offset from the shaft center line to provide tight shut off and wear resistance.  Our Plug Valves have a specially designed plug moving in and out of the seat with minimal contact, resulting in low operating torque. Eccentric Plug Valves are for systems where slurries, grit or solids are present. It is a quarter turn valve allowing cost effective solution with low torque actuation for pump control, shut-off and throttling operation.
