Ribcon containers are extrusion blow molded containers having rectangular shape. These kinds of containers are having ribs at their two sides which offer higher strength to the body of containers. These ribs provides resistant against warp age. Mouth is round and having thread cap. Cap presents air tight sealing to container and there isn’t any leakage. Because of rectangular shape it occupies less space when packed in cartons or in liners at the same time ribs resists sliding and friction between packed containers. Economics are achieved in handling, as they are light in weights, easy to fill simple to cap and will not dent or damage easily when filling or in transit. Ribcons are ideal for tablets, capsules, powder and pastes.

METREIAL
The Ribcon body is made from High density polyethylene, Opaque when colored and a tough material with high resistant to transmission of gases and water vapor. The lid is molded from poly propylene. We hold letters of confirmation from our supplier stating the material has world-wide approved for use with food and drugs.

RANGE
Ribcons are available in 11 standard sizes. Body and caps can be colored as per your requirements.

CAPPING
It can be capped automatically or manually. Aluminum foiling is possible at mouth for additional safety.
