the speciality in smith make ovens are that it does not need an outer chamber or a chimney
and it is smokeless compared to other ovens. The diesel consumption is much lesser
compared to any other oven.
The ovens can be delivered fully assembled as well as disassembled so that it fits via a smaller
door.it is completely stainless steel and fully automatic. The desired time as well as the
temperature can be set based on the customer requirement. We provide three trolleys along
with the oven, 1=breadcake, 2=bunpuffs, 3= biscuitrusk. Smith trolleys are known for high
stability and long life which has the strength to support the baking trays.
Italian make riello burner is used in the oven.
