Rudder Angle Indicator

A Rudder Angle Indicator is a device that can be either electromechanical or electrical and displays the rudder angle of the ship. Rudder Angle Indicators operate in real time, They display the rudder's position in degrees relative a zero state which means the rudder is in position to steer the ship straight forward.The Rudder Angle Indicator enables the reading of Rudder's deviation. The device consists of a transmitter and several receivers situated on various places of the ship. Different types of receivers can be connected to the same receiver.
