The MK-505 is a High speed servo driven vertical form, fill and seal packaging machine designed to package various whole foods, grains and snack products. This servo driven vffs packaging machine is equipped with servo drive and it uses 2 to 5 linear weigh scale to produce center sealed pouches also commonly known as pillow pack or fin seal type pouches / bags.
The MK-505 Servo driven Vertical packging machine can also produce side gusseted bags giving you the flexibility to choose the style that would best fit your packaging needs. Adding to its versatility, the MK-500 High speed servo driven bagging machine series can be integrated with most fillers for sticky powders, snacks and food grains etc. 
Application:

Dry fruits, grains, pulses, seeds, potato chips, plantain chips, extruded snacks, banana wafers, peanut, frozen cut vegetables, whole spices etc.
